I kept turning off my alarm and going back to sleep. So I built one that asks more of you than tapping a button: wake-up missions, from solving a sum to scanning a QR code across the room. Getting out of bed becomes part of turning it off.

What founders ask before signing.

What if I’m not happy with the design?
You approve the design before a single line of code is written. We define what “done” looks like at the start. No surprises at the end. If you don’t like the direction, we revise until you do.
Do I own the code when we’re done?
100%. Everything I build is yours. No lock-in, no licensing fee, no recurring charge for the work. You can take it anywhere.
What happens after launch, do you offer support?
I stay available for two weeks post-launch to handle anything unexpected. After that, the code is clean and documented. Any developer can pick it up. I’m also available for future work if the product grows.
Can I start with Signal and upgrade to Ship?
Yes. That’s the intended path. Signal gives you proof that the idea works. Ship builds the product. The $3,300 is not credited toward Ship, but the roadmap you get from Signal makes Ship faster and cheaper to scope.
How do payments work?
Signal is paid in full upfront. Ship is 50% before we start, 50% when it’s live. You don’t pay the second half until the product is in front of real users. Scale is scoped on a call and structured the same way.
